Returns

• Unused, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Items must be in original packaging and condition.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Email us at hello@babyava.shop within 14 days and we'll arrange an exchange at no extra cost (you cover return shipping; we cover outbound).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.
